Refund and Return Policy

All transactions are in US dollars. The International Association of Equestrian Education (IAEE) wants its members and customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact IAEE at 1.888.403.8111 to determine eligibility for return.

You have 30 days to return your merchandise, other than books or magazines, for a refund or exchange.

Books or CDs may only be returned if damaged during delivery and may only be returned for replacement if we are contacted by telephone (1.888.403.8111) within 10 days of delivery. International Association of Equestrian Education will grant full refunds (less shipping and handling), for certain products returned to IAEE in resalable condition within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee. Sale items and Memberships are final sales and non-refundable.

Import duties and taxes, levied once the package reaches your country, may be applied. Additional customs clearance charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot control these charges nor predict the amount(s). Customs policies vary widely; IAEE recommends contacting your local customs office for details. When ordering from IAEE, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Processing Time:

Please allow 2 weeks for processing your return.

IAEE must be in receipt of packages in order to process refunds. We recommend that you return products to us insured and with a tracking number.

Our Delivery Policy Within Canada and the United States, you can expect delivery within two weeks or sooner after purchase. International orders may take longer. Please contact us at 1.888.403.8111 for postal charges for international orders.
