FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions
| Why does the equestrian
community need a membership web site? |
Throughout my 30+ years in the equestrian sport, and part of the
community, I have consistently heard equestrians wanting an easily
accessible way to enhance and continue their equestrian education.
Prior to the IAEEConnect.com being brought to life, we surveyed
equestrians giving them an opportunity to describe their dream
equestrian education site. What would it look like, what type of
training would it include, and who would membership appeal to? We
received surprisingly consistent replies:
"I
want to learn from leading trainers, grooms, judges, grand prix riders
that I don't get access to on a personal basis."
Most
respondents said they do not ride with a top coach or have access to
clinics with top coaches and wanted every opportunity possible to learn
from the best in the sport. The cost of these professionals was
prohibitive for some equestrians and an opportunity to gain access to
their expertise at a much reduced rate was greatly appealing.
"I
would like to be a member of a group and have access to other
equestrians of like mind who want to acquire education and do what it
takes to be the best."
"I
want to know and learn more about how to succeed and compete with my
horse."
With statements like these and many others we created not just an
equestrian membership site at the IAEE but a dedicated training site
offering ongoing training and education from many of the leaders in the
equestrian sport.

| Will the Member
Forum be easy to access and use? |
"Yes, we at the IAEE are
equestrians first and foremost. Most equestrians want to spend extra
time with their horses rather than figuring out how to work within a
website. All of the website tools are easy to access and use.
